The Developer
About
Hey — I'm Nelgoth. Father of five, Director by day, and a game developer building something ambitious in every hour in between.
I build deep, systemic games — the kind where your earliest decisions quietly scaffold everything that comes after. If you're the type of player who thinks in systems, who plays to understand not just to win, who wants a world that earns your investment — you're exactly who I'm building for.
The world of Eldrathis didn't come from a design document. It grew out of the stories, relationships, and experiences of the people I love. I believe a game is only as meaningful as the world it lives in — and that world needs to be as coherent, colorful, and well-considered as the systems driving it.
I've spent the better part of a decade writing code, learning Unity, Blender, and the full solo-dev toolkit — late nights, stolen lunch breaks, the whole thing. For a long time, the ambition outpaced the momentum. That changed when tools like Cursor and Claude entered the picture. Suddenly the gap between vision and execution started closing. What once felt impossibly large is now, piece by piece, becoming real.
I'm not chasing a quick release. I'm building something I'd want to play — something with staying power. The kind of game that forms friendships and fills evenings — with your kids, your parents, the friends you've had for twenty years. A world worth coming back to, together. And I want to build it alongside a community that cares as much about Eldrathis as I do.
Pull up a chair. It's just getting interesting.
